As a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Export Marketing, you will be responsible for driving
international sales, building long-term client relationships, and implementing export
marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role is ideal for professionals eager to

Key Responsibilities :
Business Development : Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in
international markets to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with global customers,
handle inquiries, and provide end-to-end support.
Export Documentation : Oversee pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation,
ensuring compliance with export rules, customs regulations, and Incoterms.
Market Research & Analysis : Monitor global trends, competitor activities, and market
conditions to identify new opportunities.
Pricing & Negotiation : Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts
with international clients.
Coordination : Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure
timely delivery and smooth operations.
Marketing Support : Assist in digital campaigns, trade exhibitions, and promotional
activities to enhance brand visibility overseas. Reporting : Prepare monthly / quarterly export reports and update management on
sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills Required :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Export Marketing or International Sales.
additional foreign language
skills will be a plus.
Knowledge of export documentation, international shipping procedures, and trade
compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
