Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our team as an International Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and convert leads from international markets, build a strong global client pipeline, and drive revenue growth by promoting Bright Brain’s digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international sales, a strong understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Decision-Makers across geographies.
- Conduct market research to identify new international opportunities and analyze industry trends globally.
- Handle inbound inquiries from international clients and proactively reach out to generate outbound leads.
- Qualify leads, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and convert them into long-term contracts.
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, delivery, and design) to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports on international sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback for management review.
- Stay updated with global digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Communication Design, etc.).Proven experience in international client acquisition and sales operations.Familiarity with international lead generation platforms, qualification processes, and CRM systems.Experience in handling sales analytics, reporting, and proposal creation.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and CRM / sales tools.Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional foreign language is a plus).Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.Ability to engage with senior decision-makers across global markets.Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and client relationship building.Cultural awareness and adaptability to international business practices.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.Minimum 2+ years of experience in International Sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency or paid advertising agency).Proven success in acquiring and managing global clients across multiple regions
