Senior Influencing Marketing Specialist

UWorld is a global leader in high-stakes exam preparation for medical, nursing, accounting, law, and college admissions. We are strategically expanding our influencer and partnership initiatives to strengthen brand visibility across both the US and India, ensuring that students, professionals, and institutions see UWorld as their trusted exam prep partner.

We are seeking an experienced Senior– Influencer & Partnerships with 6–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and community engagement. This person will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with a diverse range of partners, including influencers, educators, student leaders, and aggregator / affiliate sites to drive UWorld’s growth. The role has a dual focus on both the dynamic Indian market and established international markets (primarily US-focused), requiring strong networking skills, a deep understanding of compliance regulations, and a comprehensive grasp of the edtech / test prep ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Influencer Management :

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers, student leaders, educators, and niche creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Special emphasis will be placed on key figures in India’s educational space.
• Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including outreach, contract negotiation, content approval, execution, and performance tracking.
• Ensure strict compliance with FTC guidelines in the US and ASCI regulations in India for all sponsored content and disclosures.
• Build and maintain a robust database of tiered influencers (tier-1, tier-2, and micro-influencers) across UWorld's diverse product verticals (NCLEX, USMLE, SAT / ACT, CPA, CFA, NEET UG / PG, CMA).
