Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll, and other digital platforms
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring efficient utilization of marketing spends
• Drive SEO and organic growth initiatives including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote university events through digital marketing campaigns
• Leverage Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to design, track, and optimize campaigns
• Conduct detailed data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and technical teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to drive Skills and Competencies
• Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll
• Strong knowledge of campaign types, conversion actions, account hierarchies, and tracking setups
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud for campaign automation and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for technical coordination with developers
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
