Key Responsibilities :
Travel Operations Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the travel and tourism business.
- Manage and optimize the use of GDS systems (e.g., Galileo) for bookings, ticketing, and itinerary planning.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery that position the organization as a market leader.
Supplier and Partnership Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, and non-air suppliers.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality service, and reliable support.Develop and execute strategic deals and agreements to enhance the organizations market presence.Team Leadership and Lead, inspire, and manage a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Delegate responsibilities effectively, supervise team performance, and provide training to enhance skills.Act as a mentor and team leader, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.Process Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to streamline operations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all aspects of service delivery.Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Conduct periodic reviews with management to evaluate performance against targets and strategic goals.Utilize Excel and other tools to prepare detailed reports on KPIs, target vs. achievement metrics, and operational insights.Present actionable recommendations to management based on data analysis and market trends.Customer Service Ensure the highest standards of customer service, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
