Job description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of the OBT platform for corporate clients.
• Manage project timelines, client expectations, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Act as the bridge between clients, internal operations, and OBT technology partner for product enhancements, issue resolution, and new feature requests.
• Customize workflows and functionalities in the OBT to align with client-specific travel policies and requirements.
• Drive integration of OBT with GDS, payment gateways, expense tools, and client HR / ERP systems.
• Ensure timely response and resolution of operational issues to improve user satisfaction.
• Track adoption, gather feedback, and continuously optimize OBT performance and usability.
• Support Sales and Account Management teams by demonstrating OBT capabilities to prospective and existing clients.
