Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Deliver Training Programs :  Design and implement comprehensive training programs that effectively teach our client's telesales team how to sell their products and services.
• Create Engaging Training Plans :  Develop engaging and easy-to-follow training materials and plans tailored to meet the needs of the sales team.
• Provide Ongoing Support :  Offer continuous support and guidance to the telesales team, addressing questions and providing expert advice to enhance their performance.
• Monitor and Assess Performance :  Track the progress and performance of the telesales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Stay Informed on Industry Trends :  Keep abreast of the latest sales techniques and industry trends, sharing this knowledge with the team to ensure they are equipped with the most up-to-date skills.
