Role Overview :
iVoyant is seeking a results-driven Senior Enterprise IT Solutions Sales Manager with a strong background in consultative, project-based IT services sales. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling cloud transformation, API and system integration, enterprise application development, and custom digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for IT services, especially in areas such as API and system integration, cloud migration, application modernization, and enterprise development projects.
- Engage with Indian clients to understand their business and technical needs, then propose tailored solutions from iVoyant offerings.
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models that clearly communicate value and outcomes.
- Partner closely with technical, design, and delivery teams to shape solutions that align with client expectations and project requirements.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships that foster trust and position iVoyant as a preferred technology partner.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management through CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine market positioning and sharpen go-to-market strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, timelines, and budgets while ensuring strong client satisfaction.
- Report progress, insights, and market intelligence to leadership to influence strategic direction.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in selling IT services (not products). Must include project-based, custom solution sales.Proven experience selling solutions in at least three of the following areas : (Cloud services / cloud migration, API & data integration, System modernization, Web & mobile application development, Digital transformation consulting).Demonstrated success in managing mid-to-long sales cycles and closing high-value service engagements.Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business impact.Experience working with Indian clients; global exposure is a plus.Excellent communication, proposal development, and executive presentation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.
