About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Sales Manager with strong expertise in international business development across web development, custom software, data analytics , and mobile application solutions .
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing high-value clients in global markets and a deep understanding of modern technologies and business trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Indian markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for web development, custom software, mobile app, and data analytics projects.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation, client communication, proposal presentation, negotiation, to project closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare tailored proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise and SME clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through B2B and enterprise accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive pricing, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and virtual client meetings.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.7–10 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development for software services.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project delivery models.Experience in managing clients from US, UK, Australia, Canada, and India.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable proposals.Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B international sales within software development or IT services.Understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics-based solution selling.Prior experience leading a small sales or pre-sales team.What We Offer
