We are searching for a highly driven Sales Leader with a commanding presence in solutioning and consultative selling. This is a uniquely strategic role designed for a sales executive ready to transition into executive leadership.
The selected candidate will be intensely groomed and mentored by the leadership team, gaining direct exposure to business strategy and operations with the explicit goal of transitioning into a CXO / CEO-level position within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Revenue & Strategy
End-to-End Sales Command : Own the complete sales cycle, from aggressive prospecting and pitching to strategic closing and account growth.
Solution Design : Build sophisticated, tailored, and solution-driven proposals that align our AI capabilities directly with client needs in TTLH and Telecom.
Market Expansion : Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies to dramatically expand our footprint.
Executive Relationships : Develop and manage trusted, long-term relationships with CXO-level clients and strategic partners.
Leadership & Collaboration
Strategic Alignment : Work cross-functionally with Product and Delivery teams to ensure seamless solution integration and guaranteed client outcomes.
Future Leadership : Mentor and guide junior team members, while working closely with the senior leadership on strategic initiatives to prepare for future CXO responsibilities.
What We Require
Experience : 10-15 years of progressive sales experience with a verifiable track record of closing large, strategic deals.
Mandatory Domain / Skill : Strong background in solutioning and consultative selling within the TTLH and / or Telecom domains.
Mindset : Possesses a true entrepreneurial mindset-able to take full ownership and aggressively scale new opportunities.
Leadership Potential : Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, think strategically, and drive measurable outcomes, with a clear path toward executive leadership.
Communication : Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
