Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and maintain data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports for management review.

Identify data gaps, prepare variance analysis, and provide insights for business decisions.

Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions and formulas.

Coordinate with different departments to gather data and ensure accuracy.

Support management in data-driven decision-making through actionable insights.

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports.

Requirements

2 5 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) .

Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Google Suite is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets.

Good communication and coordination skills.
