Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team and play a critical role in driving business growth. This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through outbound prospecting, marketing campaigns, and relationship-building activities. The ideal candidate will be skilled at using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator , confident in cold outreach, and capable of creating impactful client-facing presentations. This role is essential to building a strong sales pipeline and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to build awareness and attract qualified leads.
- Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools for targeted prospect research.
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments with decision-makers.
- Build, organize, and maintain a detailed prospect database .
- Clearly understand and apply the differences between marketing and sales in daily activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and improve lead-to-deal conversion rates.
- Create professional client presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
- Track, measure, and report on key lead-generation metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage prospects.Proven experience using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.Ability to handle objections and confidently perform cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).Clear understanding of marketing vs. sales functions .Self-motivated, target-driven , and able to work independently.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience writing proposals for government projects .Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.Strong data analysis and reporting skills to measure campaign effectiveness.Familiarity with B2B technology or cybersecurity industries .
