Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive – Sales with 3–4 years of experience in the FMCG sector, based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing MIS reporting, coordinating with CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) operations, and maintaining high fill rates to ensure effective sales performance and smooth supply chain execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports and dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance vs. targets across regions / SKUs.
- Coordinate with CFAs to manage stock levels, dispatches, and inventory movement.
- Track and ensure optimal fill rate performance to avoid stock-outs and improve order fulfillment.
- Maintain data accuracy across sales and inventory databases.
- Support the sales and logistics team with actionable insights based on MIS reports.
- Generate and automate reports using Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
- Provide timely reports to senior management to assist in decision-making.
Key Requirements :
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).3–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, CFA coordination, and sales operations in FMCG.Strong command over MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros).Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and reporting tools like Power BI / Tableau (preferred).Good understanding of CFA functioning, stock management, and supply chain coordination.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Effective communication and coordination skills.
