Scrum Master & Business Solutions Analyst

Job descriptionMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as a SCRUM Master with a strong understanding of Agile framework including SCRUM and Kanban; Software Development : Experience in software development, especially in an HR environment. Security Administration : Understanding of a systems security model, including user roles, permissions, and data access. Integration building : Familiarity with creating requirements and managing Scrum teams that are technical in nature with a focus on bilateral integrations Data Management : Skills in data import / export processes and managing data integrity within the system of record. Project Management : Familiarity of various project management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Azure Dev Ops. Basic HR Knowledge : A solid understanding of HR processes and best practices to effectively support the team. Business Visualization tools : A solid understanding tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, LeanIX and Signavio. User Support Skills : Effective communication skills to assist users and provide training as needed. Diligence : Sharp focus on detail to ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Facilitate Scrum Sessions : includes daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coaching Sessions : Coach team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Monitor timelines and due dates : Maintain, drive and safeguard project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Reporting and Analytics : Creating and maintaining reports that identify business needs and opportunities. Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Communication : Create and provide regular updates to stakeholders, team and leader on use case progress, issues and team performance.
- Requirements gathering : Partner with various groups to develop and document business processes to include workflows and system requirements
