Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Business Analysis :

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding eCommerce business processes, challenges, and Shopify platform constraints.
• Gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Provide demos and walkthroughs to stakeholders, showcasing how Shopify functionalities and customizations can meet business needs.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.
• Assist clients in identifying KPIs, tracking metrics, and recommending process Master Responsibilities :
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
• Coach and guide teams on Agile principles and best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.
• Identify and remove impediments that may affect project delivery.
• Track sprint progress, maintain project transparency, and report delivery status to stakeholders.
