The HR Generalist is responsible for the delivery of faytoday HR support in coordination with HR Business Partnering tea. The overall objective of this role is to provide broad ranges of HR services to business.
- Responsible for seamless endtoend delivery of HR solutions and processes across employee life cycle
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR subfunctions on HR priorities at site level
- Build capabilities to drive organizational performance and act as change agent identifying continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
- Lead special projects with consistent communication to all stakeholders
- Ensure accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs
- Ensure on time and accurate employee changes through Manager Actions on Oracle / People Portal
