HR Generalist

Title : HR Generalist Locations : Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru Number of Positions : 1 per branch Shift Timing : US Night Shift - 19 : 30 hrs to 05 : 00 hrs Experience : 4-5 relevant years Industry : Information & Technology Responsibilities : HR Operations Oversight : Supervise and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards. Learning & Development : Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps. Employee Relations : Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Recruitment and Onboarding : Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements Oversee the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Performance Management : Implement and manage performance appraisal processes. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters. Team Management : Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture. Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations like EPF, ESI, insurance, etc. Stay updated on changes in HR-related legislation and implement necessary changes. Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resource role. Proven experience in HR operations, learning & development, and team management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle employee grievances with empathy and discretion. Compliances Salary structuring, P.F, ESI, Insurance, etc. Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.
