About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of HR functions including employee engagement recruitment onboarding performance management and compliance. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and coordinate the hiring process.
Manage sourcing screening scheduling interviews and offer rollouts.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee records HRIS data and personnel files accurately.
Handle transfers confirmations promotions and exit formalities.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Performance Management
Assist in goal setting mid-year and annual performance reviews.
Track completion and follow-up actions for performance discussions.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Drive employee engagement initiatives celebrations and pulse surveys
Work with leadership to maintain a positive and inclusive culture.
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
5. Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Manage attendance leave and payroll inputs in coordination with finance.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
Working knowledge of labor laws HRIS and payroll systems.
Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
Support audits and statutory documentation (PF ESIC Gratuity etc.).

6 Days (Mon-Sat)
Working Timings
10 : 30 AM - 7 PM
