HR Generalist

Location : Bangalore, India

Workplace Type : Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You will be a key player in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development support to employees.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Additional Information

    This is a full-time, 6-day a week position located on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. Immediate joiners are preferred.
