Warehouse Supervisor ( Logistics )

Xpand is looking for Warehouse Supervisor ( Logistics ) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• Reporting and Documentation : You will prepare reports on warehouse operations, such as inventory levels, order processing times, and customer complaints. You will manage the warehouse budget, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Handling Customer Service Issues : You will handle customer service issues related to warehouse operations, such as delivery delays, damaged goods, and incorrect orders.
• Improving Warehouse Efficiency : You will identify areas for improvement in the warehouse operations and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintaining Inventory Accuracy : You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular inventory counts, and reconciling any discrepancies. You will also manage inventory levels to ensure optimal levels for efficient warehouse operations.
