Salary : ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 in-hand (plus PF and ESIC)

Accommodation : Guest house provided for candidates willing to relocate

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, focusing on floor activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, managing inventory, and supervising the workforce. Candidates with prior experience in the home appliances industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Floor Operations Management :

Monitor and coordinate floor-level activities such as picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with quality standards.

Team Supervision :

Lead and manage warehouse staff, including supervisors and associates, to achieve operational goals.

Inventory Management :

Maintain accurate stock records and oversee regular cycle counts.

Process Improvement :

Identify bottlenecks in warehouse operations and propose improvements.

Safety and Compliance :

Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

Reporting :

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and floor operations.

Candidate Requirements :

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
