Job Description
Having minimum of 7 plus years of experience in Chiller Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Servicing. Preferred knowledge in basics of chilled water, heat load calculation, water piping design, I&C services and Inter discipline coordination and team management
- Curriculum Development : Develop and refine training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules, to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Instruction Delivery : Conduct hands-on training sessions, using simulations, labs, and real-world scenarios to teach practical skills.
- Assessment and Evaluation : Evaluate student progress and performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure safety protocols are followed during training sessions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lab Management : Maintain and update training facilities, ensuring they are equipped with relevant tools, equipment, and simulation setups.
- Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with instructional design teams, other trainers, and industry professionals to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving : Provide support and guidance to students struggling with concepts or practical applications.
- Professional Development : Stay up-to-date on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices to enhance training content.
- Travel : May be required to travel to various locations to conduct training sessions or support program initiatives.
- HVAC Experience : Extensive experience in the HVAC field, including hands-on work with HVAC systems.
- Teaching and Communication Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and instruct learners.
- Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage training programs, materials, and schedules effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and address challenges faced by learners.
- Adaptability : Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and needs.
- Familiarity with Instructional Design Principles : Understanding of instructional design principles to create engaging and effective training programs.
