Required Qualification and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in BE / B Tech in Electrical Engineering with 10 + years experience in Facilities Maintenance.Contract Administration experience of 5 yrs or more required.Excellent people management skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands;Demonstrated experience with tendering and service improvement initiatives required;Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements;Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems;Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.Works in 6 working days / week on rotational shift basisSkills Required
