Key Responsibilities
- Single point contact for multiple accounts / site.
- Lead and guide site team for proper.
- Weekly / Monthly site visits.
- Check & approve site DSR, WSR, MSR and MMR and other technical documents.
- Planning & attending MMR with client.
- Training of Site Team
- Monthly technical audits of the site equipment s.
- Review and improvement of SOP s, operation manuals, checklists, etc.
- Make sure all site work follows safety rules set by the company and the client.
- Give technical help to the team and solve difficult service problems.
- Ensure timely billing of each site.
- Communicate with key clients to build strong and long-term relationships.
- Handle client concerns quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help the sales or commercial team by giving technical input for proposals and service quotes.
- Share regular reports with senior management on service progress and team performance.
Qualifications and Experience
Education : Bachelor s degree (B.E.) or master s degree (MTech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.Experience : 7 to 10 years of practical experience in large technical facility management.Deep engineering knowledge in commercial utility equipment (HVAC, STP, WTP, Boilers, Lits, Pump stations, Fire pumps, Solid waste management, Bio gas plant, etc.)Skills Required
