Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery processes
  • Manage a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Manage client relationships, addressing any issues or concerns
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on service delivery performance

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10-12 years of experience in service delivery management
  • Experience in the job market context of India
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in managing client relationships and addressing client concerns
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
