Role Objective :
To lead and drive business growth for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through effective team management, customer engagement, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development :
- Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts .
- Drive sales numbers and value across assigned branches or regions.
- Team Leadership :
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members regularly.
- Accompany team members on client visits, especially for key accounts.
- Act as a single point of contact for team members regarding customer grievances.
- Customer Engagement :
- Organize lead generation activities to boost customer acquisition.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with bank standards.
- Compliance & Documentation :
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC norms as per RBI guidelines.
- Validate account opening forms before submission to RPCs for processing.
Candidate Requirements :
Education : MBA / GraduateExperience : Minimum 4–6 years in banking sales, preferably in CASA acquisitionCertifications : Knowledge of Trinity, NR, and TPP (insurance) is preferredTeam Handling experience is mandatory.Skills :
