Position Overview : The position objective of a Store Manager includes
leading and managing all aspects of store operations, including sales,
customer service, staff management, inventory control, and compliance
with Nature’s Basket policies and procedures.
The Store Manager is expected to drive performance, maintain a positive
work environment and ensure the store's profitability.
Responsibilities :
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment where all team
- members feel valued and motivated.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and expenses.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and deliver a profitable store by achieving the AOP, audit and D&E target for the respective store.
- Take decisions with respect to stock proliferation, customer relations, and refunds / refund policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of both new and existing processes, promotions, and marketing offers in the store Inventory Management.
- Allocating tasks and creating duty rosters for staff.
- Ensuring the store layout and other implementation is according to the planogram.
- Uphold all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements :
Graduate in Hotel Management or an MBA background6-8 years and above experience as a store manager or restaurant manager.Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding performance.Ability to lead and assist a team.Motivated to learn, ability to solve problems and creative, Flexible & adaptive
