As part of Greystar’s commitment to building, scaling, and automating its enterprise systems,
we are expanding our support team for Yardi Canada business. The Business Systems Analyst
is responsible for handling complex issues, maintaining data integrity through expert-level
configuration, analysis, and development within the Yardi ecosystems.
This role will ensure that Yardi will remain robust, stable, and scalable property management
platform supporting our operations. The ideal candidate brings technical experience in Yardi
and is open to learning and supporting additional property management systems.
As a Business Systems Analyst, there are 3 broad responsibility areas mentioned below
1. To ensure that all reported PMS incidents are addressed and resolved within agreed
turnaround time
2. Support business units and associated corporate employees with their requests around
data, & reports and developing (coding) few ad-hoc utilities.
3. Perform quality assurance & testing to support various application releases and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
1) Collaborate with Greystar on-site, business operations, corporate and vendor teams to
understand, analyze, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to PMSs
(Property Management Systems.
2) The focus will initially be on supporting Level 2-4 Yardi Voyager, Yardi Site Manager and
Yardi RentCafe CRM Flex business systems.
3) The secondary focus will be on supporting Level 2-4 Entrata Core business systems for the
U.S. Owned databases of Conventional, Active Adult and Student.
4) Demonstrate hands-on experience with Yardi system configurations, modules, and settings
and understand their broader impact on operations and integrations.
5) Proactively monitor system performance, team member engagement, support patterns to
determine enhancements or feature requests within the databases to improve end user
workflow.
6) Perform end to end testing for new releases and version upgrades as well as document
workflow for training and continued support.
7) Create KBAs (Knowledge Base Articles) for these incidents.
8) Extract required data by creating, running and troubleshooting (whenever required) ETL
pipelines. This would require experience in databases and SQL. Experience in developing
ETLs by ingesting data from APIs will be preferred.

efforts and coordinate with vendor support when required.

external teams.
o Maintain Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) to support resolution consistency
