Responsibilities :
- Applies advanced wide-ranging experience and professional knowledge to provide solutions in creative and effective ways.

Experience :
8+ years of experience working in a support organization preferably Biotech, Life Sciences, or related industry including corporate and field staffExtensive CRM experience, preferably ZuoraKnowledge with subscription systemsUnderstands best-in-class support and best practicesExperience working with CRM and ERP, preferably SFDC and SAPStrong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.Ability to position initiatives, decisions, and outcomes to diverse audiences.Ability to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization and effectively balance commercial and operational needsAbility to handle multiple tasks, embrace change, and innovate in a fast-past environmentAbility to effectively lead, plan and execute on plans for process improvementPreferred experience :
Hands-on experience with Zuora, SFDC and SAPJIRA / Confluence knowledge and ServiceNowExperience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or Engineering.
