Business Systems Analyst

Experience Required – 5-7 Years

Location : Remote, India

Time zone : 1PM-10 PM IST

End Date : 6 Months Initially

Key Responsibilities

Capture, analyze, prioritize, and document business requirements for Oracle OTM, DHL integrations (shipments, costs, EDI, reporting / analytics).

Refine requirements into actionable technical items.

Translate requirements into feature requests, align with best practices, evaluate alternatives, and collaborate with business / technical teams.

Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices.

Support preparation and execution of UAT.

Ensure timely project progress, raise risks / issues as needed.

Identify when deviations from standards are required and facilitate decisions through governance.

Job Requirements

5+ years as IT Business Analyst.

Experience in ERP deployments, especially in Supply Chain Execution domain.

Requirements engineering experience (certification like IREB preferred).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process modeling (UML, Use Cases, BPMN).

Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) across technical / non-technical audiences.

Microsoft tools expertise : Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, SharePoint.

Independent worker, needs guidance only in complex cases.

Customer service mindset.

Strong facilitation skills (in-person and virtual).
