We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
This role is crucial for translating complex business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring the successful delivery of our Responsibilities :
- Requirements Management : You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of requirements, from gathering and documenting business needs to translating them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for the development team.
- Data Analysis : You'll use your proficiency in SQL to write and review queries for data validation, analysis, and to help inform key business decisions.
- Process Improvement : You will use your strong understanding of business process modeling to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Agile Collaboration : You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and stakeholders, within an Agile framework to ensure project alignment and smooth :
- Domain & Process : Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering in the banking or financial services sector.
- Technical : Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
- Experience with AWS data services such as Redshift, Glue, S3, Athena, and Lambda.
- Familiarity with ETL pipelines and cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
- Methodologies & Tools : Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Professional : Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced & Education :
- Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required
