Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in HR roles (generalist, coordinator, or related).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
