Role & responsibilities :
- The candidate should have a basic understanding of the training lifecycle, including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation
- Must be able to create engaging training presentation using Microsoft PowerPoints
- Should have basic knowledge of Excel for managing training calendars, attendance sheets and feedback data
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the ability to upload courses or track learner progress is preferred
- Exposure to tools like Canvas for designing posters, banners
- The candidate should be comfortable using virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet to support online training sessions
- Ability to prepare training documentation, reports and maintain proper records for audit purposes is essential.
- Basic awareness of e-learning authoring tools like Articulate or adobe Captivate will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of simple video editing tools such as Canvas Video or Clip champ to support content creation is desirable but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn internal HR or training database tools to manage employee learning records is expected
