Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop relationships with affiliates, driving new business and optimizing existing partnerships.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to join our network.
- Negotiate and manage commission rates, ensuring maximum ROI for our company.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and improve performance.
- Collaborate with other teams (including marketing, creative, and tech) to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements :
At least 2 years of experience in affiliate management within the performance marketing industry.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPI, CPR, CPA, CPL, CPE, etc. ).A network of existing connections within the affiliate marketing industry.Experience with affiliate management software such as FuseClick, HasOffers, Cake, or TUNE.Qualification : Any Graduate, Any Post-Graduate
