What We Expect
- Generate regular enquiries and secure customer appointments
- Drive successful sales closures and execute contracts / orders
- Ensure timely payment and advance collection
- Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts
- Meet targets for order intake, bid submissions, and sales activities
- Navigate internal systems and coordinate with commercial / BSC teams
- Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, builders, and government agencies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project success
- Possess commercial knowledge (GST, customs duty, etc.)
- Participate in performance reviews with branch, region, and HQ
- Support final negotiations, conflict resolution, and collections
Who we are looking for
Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering.Working experience of 2-5 years and at least 2 years in the Elevator or similar Industry.Proven track record in meeting sales targetsStrong understanding of customer behavior and decision-makingExperience in winning and managing lift industry projectsExcellent coordination and communication skillsWhat we offer
