Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to help expand our C2C business operations. The ideal candidate will work remotely from India, aligning their work hours with the US Eastern Time Zone, and play a key role in building partnerships, marketing consultants, and closing client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and build relationships with vendors, clients, and partner companies in the US IT consulting ecosystem.
  • Market consultants on a C2C basis by submitting their profiles to open requirements and following up with vendors / recruiters.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and project onboarding processes.
  • Maintain strong communication between US and India teams for daily coordination.
  • Track and report marketing activities, submissions, and placement results.
  • Use LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Indeed, Monster, etc.), and email campaigns to promote consultants and build leads.
  • Support company branding and outreach initiatives across digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, bench sales, or C2C marketing.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing lifecycle, vendor management, and IT technologies.
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, or Monster.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under EST hours.
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and a growth mindset.
  • Portfolio Requirement

    To be considered for this position, applicants must upload or share a portfolio or work samples that showcase their previous achievements and experience in sales and marketing. Please include examples such as :

  • Candidate marketing samples (email or LinkedIn campaigns used to promote consultants)
  • Client or vendor communication examples (follow-up or outreach templates)
  • Performance or analytics reports showing submissions, placements, or revenue results
  • Sales or marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, or proposal materials)
  • Any proven records of past placements, deals closed, or business growth achieved
  • Applications without relevant portfolio materials or documented achievements will not be reviewed.

    Working Hours

  • Flexible, but must overlap at least 6 hours with US EST (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST).
  • Compensation

  • Competitive base pay + performance-based incentives.
