Job descriptionVISCO is on a mission to become the #1 Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner for schools across Delhi NCR – and we are looking for a smart, tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Intern to join us. Your Role : You will directly support our outreach and business growth by : - Calling & following up with school Principals / Admin Heads - Sending outreach emails & WhatsApp campaigns (using bulk tools where needed) - Scheduling physical meetings & demos with decision-makers - Supporting on-ground marketing activities like brochure drops & follow-ups - Maintaining outreach database in Google Sheets / CRM tools - Assisting in marketing initiatives – webinars, online campaigns, social media research - Helping with basic tech-enabled tasks (e.G., using AI tools for content, preparing presentations, automating email templates) Who We're Looking For : - Strong communication & convincing skills (English + Hindi) - Good with technology – MS Office / Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools - Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for basic research and content drafting - Organized, disciplined, and self-motivated - Based in Delhi NCR (mandatory) Location : Hybrid (Field visits required across Delhi NCR) Stipend : Performance-based (incentives on closures) + experience letter Growth Path : Opportunity for full-time role based on performance Apply now : Send your CV to or WhatsApp with subject "Sales & Marketing Intern – School Outreach"
