Role Overview :
As a Senior Recruiter in US Staffing, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across cloud, data, and enterprise domains. You’ll partner closely with account managers and delivery teams to source, evaluate, and onboard top-tier talent for US-based clients. This role demands strong sourcing acumen, deep understanding of US work authorizations, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles (W2 / C2C / 1099) across multiple domains.
- Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Conduct resume screening, technical interviews, and fitment assessments.
- Negotiate compensation and close offers with candidates and vendors.
- Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure timely updates on candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to meet client SLAs.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, market trends, and client expectations.
Required Skills :
2–8 years of experience in US IT staffing with a proven track record of closures.Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with VMS portals and client submission protocols.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Preferred Tools & Platforms :
