Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant

with knowledge of Export Documentation & Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating freight forwarding, and ensuring smooth international shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Primarily Prepare accounts on Tally or any other software .

Prepare and process export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment and delivery.

Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Incoterms, and country-specific regulations.

Track shipments and update stakeholders on the status of goods in transit.

Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.

Handle customer inquiries related to shipping and export procedures.

Liaise with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

Proven experience in export documentation and freight forwarding (minimum [X] years).

In-depth knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.

Familiarity with freight forwarding software and documentation systems.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office,Tally.
