Key Responsibilities :
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and
change management.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring of skilled and culturally alignedcandidates.
Lead employer branding efforts to attract top talent.Strengthen onboarding and induction programs for better integration and retention.3. Performance Management & Employee Development
Lead the implementation and optimization of the PMS system (e.g., Keka or others).Guide managers and employees on goal setting, performance appraisals, and growthplanning.
Review daily calendars regularly and implement corrective actions for team membersshowing signs of low productivity or engagement
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Build initiatives that drive motivation, recognition, and a strong team culture.Act as a mentor and advocate for employees, facilitating open communication channels.Lead 'Voice of Employee' initiatives and feedback cycles, taking measurable action on input.5. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure HR processes are compliant with labor laws and company policies.Responsible for administering leave policies, handling employee grievances, overseeing HRescalations, and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Maintain and regularly update the Employee Handbook and company policies.Skills Required
