We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of factory operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and manage workforce performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day factory operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.
- Supervise and manage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Implement and monitor safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control departments.
- Prepare production reports, analyze data, and present insights to management.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
