Key responsibilities include reviewing designs and plans, liaising with stakeholders, managing labor and materials, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and preparing progress reports.

Core ResponsibilitiesProject Management : Overseeing all on-site activities from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with project designs, specifications, and timelines. Technical Oversight : Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy, ensuring materials and work comply with specifications, and providing technical guidance to the construction team. Quality and Safety : Implementing and maintaining strict health, safety, and quality control measures on the construction site, ensuring adherence to regulations. Resource Management : Managing project budgets, overseeing the requisition and selection of construction materials, and monitoring resource allocation. Communication and Coordination : Liaising with architects, project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth project progression. Reporting and Documentation : Preparing and submitting detailed site reports, documenting project progress, and maintaining all necessary project documentation. Problem-Solving : Identifying and resolving technical difficulties, issues, and delays that arise during the construction process.
