Digital Marketing Project Manager
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Digital Marketing Project Manager with 35 years of experience to lead our digital initiatives from Jodhpur.
The primary responsibility of this role is to spearhead the development and execution of complex, cross-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring strict alignment with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
This Manager will excel at managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients, and optimizing project outcomes through effective planning, execution, and data-driven performance analysis.
Primary Responsibility & Core Functions :
Project Planning and Strategy :
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that directly align with overarching business goals and objectives (e.g., lead generation, ROI, brand awareness).
- Create detailed project plans, including robust timelines, budgets, and specific resource allocation for all digital initiatives.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and overall productivity.
Campaign Management and Execution :
Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM (PPC), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.Manage project budgets, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.Make strategic recommendations for budget allocations based on performance data to optimize overall campaign ROI and efficiency.Team Leadership and Coordination :
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including subject matter experts such as designers, content creators, developers, and data analysts, to ensure all project milestones are successfully met.Performance Analysis and Client Communication :
Monitor and analyze campaign performance rigorously using specialized analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).Generate detailed reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and clearly identify actionable areas for optimization and improvement.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular, transparent updates, proactively gathering feedback, and ultimately ensuring high client satisfaction and alignment.Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 35 years of dedicated experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on Project Management.Campaign Management : Proven track record overseeing and executing campaigns across major digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content, Display).Project Management : Expertise in creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Analytics Tools : Strong proficiency in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using relevant analytics platforms.Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.Communication : Excellent client-facing communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Process : Experience in process assessment and improvement.Preferred Skills :
