The role is responsible for planning, monitoring and executing large and complex construction projects; organizing financial and non-financial resources; integrating project deliverables with engineering plans; complying with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) norms; building and strengthening of relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Plan, execute, and deliver the project on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Lead and guide teams to achieve project goals, resolving challenges effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and maintain P&L accountability.
- Subcontractor Coordination : Manage contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure performance meets expectations.
- Safety Compliance : Implement and ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are followed at all stages.
- Problem Solving : Address project risks and conflicts with effective, creative solutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( BE / B.Tech ).Proven experience in managing industrial building projects .Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
