We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead modular kitchen projects, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality execution at client sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills with hands-on exposure in interior or modular furniture project management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring timely execution of modular kitchen installations as per project timelines and specifications.
• Oversee and monitor on-site activities adhering to quality standards, safety norms, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients for seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved designs and BOQs.
• Monitor resource utilization, workforce productivity, and material consumption at the site.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively, mitigating project delays.
• Maintain project reports, site documentation, work progress updates, and client communication logs.
• Ensure installations are executed as per technical guidelines and design accuracy.
• Facilitate smooth handover of completed sites with proper snag-checking and quality assurance.
• Track project costs, expenses, and escalate variances where required.
