About the Role : We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer UX who will be responsible for resolving technical cases troubleshooting unexpected platform behaviors and ensuring seamless customer support experiences. The role demands strong problem-solving ability root cause isolation skills and hands-on expertise in web application technologies. Responsibilities :
Resolve customer technical issues via web chat email and calls.
Troubleshoot and analyze issues in web application stacks and dynamic UI components.
Perform root cause analysis using diagnostic tools and log analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive issue resolution.
Document solutions and contribute to knowledgebase improvements.
Mandate Skills :
Strong troubleshooting and root cause isolation skills
Working knowledge of web application stack
AngularJS framework
Experience with AJAX JavaScript CSS XML HTML XHTML
Object-oriented programming (Java preferred)
Ability to analyze log files and debug issues
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Education & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
2 years experience in web development / technical support roles
