Looking for Technical Support Engineer

Migrating workstations from one domain to other domain using manual and automated

process.

• Documenting a service request and change request using ITSM Iris service now tool.
• Taking backup of workstations using 'Acronis' backup tool.
• Privileged Remote Access (PRA) tools, is use to take access of system .
• pc configuration
• IRIS portal tool to raise ticket and change request of migration.

Excellent Communication

Exp – 2- 4 Yrs

Max CTC - 4.20 – 4.5 LPA

Location - Hyderabad - DLF Cybercity / Raheja Mindspace

Shift Rotational.
