We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance and support to Mitratech customers. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications and hardware systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex problems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to support services.
