Qualification & Experience
- Must have bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
- 2+ years' experience working as a developer on the skills mentioned in the Skills Section.
- Having customer facing technical support (Web based products or e-commerce preferred) is an advantage.

AngularJS framework knowledgeDemonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skillsExperience providing web development is highly desirable.Experience working with dynamic HTML components : AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTMLGood to have basic understanding of SQLMust be proficient with analyzing log files and standard debugging conceptMust have basic object-oriented programming skills (Java strongly preferred)Strong troubleshooting / root cause isolation skillsWorking knowledge of the components in a web applications stackFamiliarity with tools & practices of the trade such as incident management, knowledgebase, defect & escalation managementExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Preferred Skills (Great to have)
Previous experience working with the ServiceNow platform (As a ServiceNow Developer / Client Scripts, UI Policies / Actions / Pages / Scripts / Macros)Experience with configuring Virtual Agent and Agent WorkspaceUnderstanding of bootstrap frameworkUnderstanding of message communication protocolsWorking understanding of JavaScriptFamiliarity with Eclipse IDEPrevious experience in software development(or) software consultingExperience supporting and troubleshooting e-commerce applications with catalog, shopping cart, merchandising and payment handling is highly desirableExperience providing SaaS support is desirableSkills Required
