Mobius - Technical Support Engineer - SnapLogic Platform

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Linux systems, cloud platforms, and integration tools such as SnapLogic. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting integration processes that drive business Responsibilities :

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Support, maintain, and optimize integrations using the SnapLogic platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve web services issues involving REST and SOAP APIs.
• Assist in the management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and related protocols.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to quickly resolve incidents and service requests.
• Document support processes, solutions, and maintain technical knowledge base articles.
• Monitor systems proactively to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support when Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with the SnapLogic integration platform preferred.
• Proficient with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
